What Moves Faster Elsewhere
Anything about an order already placed: tracking, address changes, refunds and returns. All of that sits with the checkout that processed the payment, since the order number was issued there. Replying straight to the confirmation email beats anything we could forward on.
What We Cannot Do
No medical advice, no ruling on whether this suits your prescription, and no dose other than the printed one. Those are questions for a clinician who can see your records.
Writing A Message That Gets A Useful Answer
Three things help more than anything else: which part of the product you are asking about, whether you have already started taking it, and roughly how long for.
- About an ingredient: name it. All fourteen have a page here and the reply usually points at it alongside the answer.
- About the routine: say which meal you take it with. Nearly every first-week problem is a food problem, covered on the daily page.
- On results: name the week you have reached. Week one and week six get entirely different replies, and this piece deals with the earlier one.
- About the window: say whether you have already ordered. If you have, the checkout is the faster route.
Response Time
Two working days is normal. Messages arriving over a weekend go out on Monday and Tuesday. If four working days pass with nothing, the reply is almost certainly in a spam folder, so check there before writing again.
What We Will Never Send You
No list, no newsletter, no sequence of follow-up emails. Your address answers your message and then sits there, exactly as the privacy policy sets out.
